Ralph Serpe New Jersey
A New Jersey-based entrepreneur with a background in construction, Ralph Serpe founded Kemsco Construction and Equipment Company in 1982 and continues to manage all aspects of the utility contracting company. As head of the company, Ralph Serpe spends between 50 and 60 hours per week seeking new contracts and building relationships with New Jersey-area businesses. Since launching the company, he has grown it into a successful enterprise with an average annual revenue of over $70 million.
When he isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cyndy and children, including his two daughters, who are both former NCAA Division 1 athletes. His oldest daughter, Samantha, played field hockey for the Villanova Wildcats and was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association’s (NFHCA) All-Academic Squad, while his other daughter, Sloane, won a national championship in lacrosse with the University of North Carolina and was a three-time All American. His son, Derek, works for his company which he takes great pride in.
Mr. Serpe is an avid golfer who plays regularly at Essex Fells Country Club and Spring Lake Golf Club. He also stays active through cycling and working out with his trainer.
